Understeer is when you hit the wall with the front of the car and oversteer is when you hit the wall with the rear of the car.
Horsepower is how fast you hit the wall, torque is how far you take the wall with you.

2011 GT Mustang
Apparently the new GT is dynoing roughly 390rwhp which is as much as the 03-04 cobras. But these are higher compression motors so boost will be unlikely.

From what Ive heard and read they will still take pretty decently to low levels of boost. but should respond very well to bolt ons and tunes! Oh I can only imagine. Cars being made today are made with such conservative tunes and are taking well to just bolt ons and tunes. The last mustangs are that way, a tune makes a huge difference. The ss t/c cobalts are probably the best example of these new cars seeing HUGE improvements with tune only. There are turbo cobalts out there putting down 300/300 totally stock with tune only out there hurting stock ls1's.
