No I'm third fastest 13.751 @103.38 in a 92 Civic Si HB w/a Gsr swap and a 50 shot no warmer on 195 65 14 Fuzion HRI no psi adjustment also driven from Frontenac to the track in rush hour traffic. That was last year on the last day GIR was open for test and tune. October 20, 2009

Of course their has been faster passes by more heavily modded all motor and Turbo Honda's. But note that you didn't make the list Lol.
