I think it's hilarious that some people think he's the greatest rapper ever and his lyrics are actually good. I have gotten into a few arguments over it, and they look at me like i'm the crazy one for not thinking he has an ounce of talent.

personally, to me its all about his word play. the fact that he freestyled that song and every song on his new mixtape and almost all of the shit he does, because like Jay-Z he doesn't write any of his shit down. This is what shows me talent. yeah his voice may be annoying and maybe he can't "sing" but still in my eyes hes got talent. Do I consider him the greatest ever, nope, would I go as far as saying he maybe one day? Yeah, but he still has to show me a lot more.

You can freestyle anything by highly modifying words to sound like what ever the fuck you want.

I understand that all of it was freestyled...cool, but maybe if he sat down and thought for a while he could actually have decent lyrics. I personally like his voice and beats, but his lyrics are just so worthless. I could freestyle too if all I did was talk about myself and how much money I had. Oh and in Amilli or whatever that song is called, he says "I'm like a venereal disease", awesome lyrics Lil' Wayne...Sorry for the rant.

And it's pretty easy to make things rhyme when you rap slow enough to have 3 minutes to think about the next line.. He has no flow, stupid lyrics, and an annoying voice. Sorry Ryan, not a fan. I'll take people with lyrics and flow over that stupid voice changer bullshit. Eminem and techn9ne are at the top of my list.
