It's in September this year, you still have time to sign up, will your road bike be done by then? They have 40, 75, and 100-mile optionscyclohonda;193052 wrote:Looks good!! Im might do the MS ride next time around.

hmm, might be a problem then, my frame is getting repainted and decaled to original, then have to get a grouppo for it. I will get a move on though.

I hear it helps with your spin technique, other than that you got me. I can't stand watching these guys try to ride banks and ledges. That is so gay.kleancut;193045 wrote:please explain wtf the point of the fixed gear is.
I need to get a pic of my MTB bike, Giant Reiner SE. Its nothing special but I love riding it.
Where do you guys ride MTB? I frequent Castlewood (it's close and I don't have to worry to much about getting hurt when I ride by myself) and I love riding the flint quarry loop and the chub. I really want to ride Klondike, but I can't seem to find the time.

Yes you are quite right, it is a great way to get your pedal technique in tune!!
And Im with you on the tricks, I mean its cool that they are riding bikes and stuff, instead of doing gosh knows what, but its whatever scene to me.
As far as places to ride, castlewood is great place, I live in festus, so I go to berryman trail or council bluffs(both in potosi area). also there is greensfelder, lost valley is great, klondike state park( a bit more technical trails, but very good trails!!) There is some really good riding up in peoria illinois. There are some other great places, just dont know the names.
