I'm not sure about the double valve stem either. there was no mention of them when i bought it or explaination of it.

nice wheels... from what iv'e read. the dual stems are for nitrogen. you would fill the top stem with nitrogen while the bottom is open to let the air out. or you can put a pressure gauge on one while you fill up through the other.
