You don't know what you're talking about. You're not very smart, and the things you're saying are nonsense. And I'm not angry. But you do need to shut up.

Thanks man. As soon as my D70s sells I've had plans to get a Tamron 90mm f2.8. I've seen some photos with this lens and they are stupid sharp...almost too sharp when used for portraits (can fix that in PP though). My big concern is distance though. I've seen nice bug photos (my fav.) with it but think I'd be better off with a Sigma 150mm f2.8. Plus with 1.4tc I can be at 210mm which would be awesome for Macro. Right now I can get in to 1:2 but it's just not enough sometimes.Nerrej;170135 wrote:Very nice stuff. I have a 100 2.8 macro that I never use. I need to crack that bad boy out and get busy. I just don't feel like its close enough. I wanted to get some kenko extension tubes to go with it but I started working on my car.
Edit: OH....and you do weddings? If you ever want a second shooter, let me know. I've been wanting to get into some weddings but hard to break into that field without some help. I'm shooting a wedding (my first) in June for my wife's best friend and would love to get some practice between now and then. I'd give you all the files and do my best with editing them (or you can have them to edit). Anyway, let me know if you'd ever be interested. You can see by some of my portraits above that I have enough knowledge to get you decent photos, just not enough to be a main wedding photog. Oh, and I shoot a D90 and main lens is a Tamron 17-50 f2.8 which is pretty dang sharp.

If you need a 3rd shooter let me know lol. My main rig (d300) is equipped with the 70-200 2.8 vr and my secondary (d80) shoots the wides.
