Worst towtruck driver ever.

fucked up story.. I would of atleast bought 4 spare tires and get if off the blocks! that scraping noise of the roters was like nails of calk boad for me.. I smell 2 lawsuit comming!

They don't have any of that high tech style stuff up there by St Louis. Hell, they just hook a chain up and drag cars to the tow lot with their F350's and Duramax's.

Doing it the logical way? That's only down this way in coutrybumpkinville

damn that sucks. i feel sorry for the lady especially since she filed a police report and was awaiting new factory wheels only to have it towed away because it was deemed dangerous to the public streets. thats really fucked up.

i thought they meant the "factory" rims to come in... not the spare, even so, I'm sure you could find 3 spare rims/tires in 5 days ...

yup and im sure the tow company or city could have too....or better yet, not have towed it. this isnt some old 1980 station wagon we are talking about..

Last time I checked it wasn't the city's job to carry around wheels of various bolt patterns and offsets. As for the casters where would you suggest they put them? If you put them under the chassis your going to be dragging the rotors everywhere then dragging ass on the way on to the flat bed. Or if under the rotors, your still dragging the ass and chassis on to the the flat bed. Anyway most likely the tow company's or the city's insurance will settle out of court with this guy at little or no cost to the city or the tow truck company.

If it was my car sure I would be pissed, but like this guy there would not be much I could do about it. I me he was towing what was thought to be an abandoned vehicle.

well i hate to say it. but your wrong. what if it fell off the cinder blocks. and don't give me the its a cider block blah blah bullshit. cars fall off lifts and can fall off cinder blocks. now if the car fell on a person that's an issue of public safety. that's why it got towed. also could have gotten towed due to the fact that people didn't want it around. that's called a public eye sore. but if anyone should be sued its the city that made them tow the car.
