that camera car was going at quite a clip man
How fast was it going?....it sounded supercharged....but there are 15.0 second supercharged cars.

The last pull in the video....no spin....and no massive pull.

And it doesn't take a whole lot to spin one tire for a full 3rd gear. And the only time it does spin 3rd, is right off a 2-3 shift.

While I agree with 5thgen, unfortunately getting a fwd to hook and leave hard with some decent power... great idea, takes some work. Of course we all know that, especially him... who has been to the track quite a bit.

Although something to keep in mind, in the case of a heavy car turbo car like that volvo... its much hard than a lighter civic on m&h's. Not to mention those 5cyl cars make some good torque on a small turbo, which hits hard on the traction.

Looks like it runs decent imo, especially for a volvo probably just with more boost on a stock turbo/ bolt on upgrades.

Thatoneguy;148572 wrote:Idk why everyone thinks that so cool? Its an open diff turbo car. All the guy has to do is turn the steering wheel a little bit and the car will lose traction. If it has bald tires on it then that would be even easier to do. I know for a fact Rob's civic does that in 3rd as well.
idk everyone thinks you can burnount on bald tires easier then good tires. If you think about it the less raised tread you have the more surface area you have on the ground and the more reaction you have on the dry that is. JW

I used to think spinning the tres was cool....

But it gets old pretty fast.

Truth is, spinning the tires is about as cool as a sextape with your cousin
