help with ls/vtec swap

ok...heres the scoop, my car MAY have bent valves, but i dont know yet. i have been trying to get it to run and then found it was WAY out of time. so if this is the case then what will be needed for a lsvtec swap and how much should everything run me?? thanks

B16/B18 GSR head about 300-400, timing belt, water pump, head gasket, head studs, I know theres more but theres a good start. Silver knight did one so I would pm him and see what all you need exactly.

i saved the addy's on the build...thanks! but for now i just got it running and she seems to be fine. if it ends up having problems (havent got to actually drive it yet) then i'll probably end up doing this

Make sure you use arp bolts for your rods as well it will save you in the long run ( this is expierience speakin )
