well yea that was his first mistake.

looked more like he was getting ready to get the ass end sideways to start drifting that turn but just didnt know wtf he was doing and he panic'd

i watched it 100 times too. sounded like he missed the downshift and just hit the brakes to slow down and locked them up. they are on the wet, see the water coming off their tires when they started?
