seems like it was done on purpose. or at least trying to fly through the gate or something. maybe trying to avoid the toll? i see no brake lights

That side of the toll is a prepay. You get a little box in your car and you just drive under the sensor and keep going. Notice how noone else before(and some after) are not slowing down.

Thats shitty, I am hoping the white car just sat there because he is dialing 911.

Pretty sure he/she was running from the cops. Notice how the cop car was only about 10 secounds behind.

im going to go out on a limb here, and say, he was probably running from that cop that showed up moments after he crashed.
