its really dirty, but its just grease. the wheels spin like butter! and it has no play in the shaft at all!
too bad its WAY to big for my car, it came off an international harvester inline 6 diesel.
i also got a buttload of mandrel bent 3" and 4" aluminum piping. not too bad i guess for an hour of cussing at a truck.
im probably gonna put it on ebay and try to get a few hundred bucks.

I wonder if I could get my brothers v6 95 accord to kick that over..... he'll be leaving to Mizzou in august and the car will be at home... hmmm....................

you wanna donate it to the cause? his car looks just like yours... just a v6 with leather. it would almost be like you putting it on your car

do you think theres room under his hood for it? lol
with the 1.32A/R ehxaust wheel, i dont think it would even begin to spool until about 6000RPM.
if he wants it, i'll throw him a sweet deal, im sure you know how big of a pain in the butt it would be to make this thing work right......there aint no "just slap it on"

i guess we'd have to build the motor to rev a high enough to give it a powerband... think the automatic could handle it? :PDT_kult:

I know there is no way it would work... the hotside is just too big. but... if I were the one who pulled it off of a truck I would think about doing it. or I would just stick it on a shelf until i had something that could use it later on.... or i really really really needed some cash.

thats basically what I do with all the cool parts and shit that I get for free/cheap.

ive heard of guys making blockoff plates for the exhaust inlet, only letting exhaust into one of the holes instead of both. it supposedly helps giant turbos spool alot sooner. idk, its probably just gonna sit in my pile of crap until i find a use for it. my buddy wants to remote mount it on his f150.....but we'll see. i wanna try to find a .63 t3 hotside and try to make like a frankenturbo

it would spool faster just leaving it as a twin scroll... you would want to of course make a manifold to accomidate such though. if you did not want to do that you could take off the turbine housing and grind out the divider to make it a single open scroll.

a 1.32 a/r t4 housing is huge for a honda and would be extremely laggy. if you could get some of the markings off of it I could possibly tell you which garrett turbo it is exactly. I dont see any water cooling going to that center section so it is most likely a thrust bearing unit or a less common oil cooled ball bearing.

if you cant find much in the way of markings you could take of the compressor / exhaust housing and measure the inducer / exducer of each.
