However, if those little guys aren't enough, I went through about eight months of design and fine tuning to tweak out my next one. I have my parents name, Rick and Pamela, on my lower back below the ground. A ground and nasty tree as a centerpiece for the background and sky-which have the real meanings. The tree is actually a good depiction of a tree in the field across the street from my home. It's been blasted by lightning a couple times and the shit is still standing after not blooming for many years. In the background, I have a heart on one side(a symbol for my mother who has been deceased for almost nine years-car wreck) and a hammer on the other side in the sky as well for my dad(We had just got done working day and night for six months to get our new house done). I have a Honda symbol in the sky up top because I am in love with them and those cars have helped me find who I am and what I want to do. On the ground I have a skateboard(about eight years riding so far) and a motorcycle helmet because I have been riding bikes and quads since about five years old-first bike was a Honda 60cc, haha. I love tattoos that have meanings and I think that's the only way to get one. Sorry this is a long post but there is so much more to this tattoo than meets the eye. I just wanted to clarify too for those who had questions. I've been working on this tattoo for about nine months straight and it's almost all healed.
Over 50+hrs on this back piece. By the way, Tats FTW
Not the best pics but decent.......

And up top for clarification......
