Thats kinda the point of a drummer, to keep time. You cant be a drummer and not be able to keep time.

I mean he's good, but theres just so many other drummers out there that would destroy him. I think that people just think hes amazing because people know about him.

That maybe the point of being a drummer in a band, but that doesn't mean most of them are any good at it. Travis is extremly talented and a very well rounded drummer. There are alot of people out there that are better, but to say he just good is a gross understament.

But then again, I just got paid to travel around the world to tune, setup and maintain drums for the last 3-4 years so what do I know.

I think hes good don't get me wrong, he's better than me. But I think alot of his style is just speed. Honestly, listen to his recordings on records and hear how difficult the phrases hes playing are, there not that hard.

But then again, i've only been playing drums for 8 years, so what do I know either.
