Everyones fine. Only I suffered minor injuries.

A woman in a Ford Explore stopped in the middle of the highway in the fastlane with no brake lights or hazard lights to warn anybody else. So, when I realized she was completely stopped it was too late, and I swerved my car to the right. I ended up over-correcting back to the left and hitting the median barrier right in front of her.

Cops are saying it's her fault because of traffic laws she broke. From what I hear her insurance will deny it was her fault because I never hit her and she never hit me. :dunno:

Thanks...Looking back at it, me and my friend believe what I did was the best thing given that kind of situation. :/

That sucks! Glad everyones good though. Your ins co will prolly fight against hers for you, saying that it was her fault so they don't have to pay for it.
