i believe a throwout bearing is about $50 or $60 and an imput shaft bearing is about $10 or $15. to replace them, youll have to pull the tranny again and the throwout bearing is located inside the bellhousing of the transmission and can be changed out with just a pair of pliers. to replace the pilot bearing, youll need to pull the clutch and flywheel off of the engine and the pilot bearing pops out of the back of the flywheel with a couple of taps of hammer.

but before you go and replace them, i would make sure you know if one/both of them is your problem first.
