As stupid as it might sound, i dont know what the hell a FITV is, but i just didnt connect anythign to the throttle body. i capped off a few of the coolant lines here because i didnt see the point of runnin hot coolant through the throttle body unless i'm livin in alaska... Kinda pointless and as of now, the thermostat is steady at 210 and opens and 216. So far, these coolant hookups havent affected anything.

FITV (Fast idle thermo valve) helps the car idle up during cold starts.

FITV = Fast Idle Thermo Valve. Its located right below the throttle body. I'm surprised that your not having any idle issues at start up.

Funny That you should mention it. It's loping alittle until it warms up... Im gonna connect that mother f*cker. Where's the hose ran to?..manifold?

I believe it the inlet hose comes off the intake manifold and outlet hose goes to the IACV (Idle Air Control Valve). I'm not 100% sure on that because I haven't looked at one in a while since my OBD-II Auto D-Series setup only utilizes the 3-wire TB-mounted IACV.
