crx weight

was wondering if anyone had a rough guess on how much a crx weighed and what one would weigh fully stipped out ,just a plastic racing seat and steering wheel lol :fruit:

my 90 si with me in it and 6 gallons of gas weighed in at 2040lbs

i weigh 155lbs

the black crx i have its light enough to lift up in the rear couple guys no problem i can lift it by myself they dont weigh much stripped, under 2000lbs...

i was thinking of finding a shell and taking out all windows and doin lexan ,maybe fiberglass hatch,gutting doors out (not cutting wise just removing mechanisms).pretty much everything that isnt needed gone .accept things that are safety involved of course.

everything that was bolted down was removed besides the dash and drivers seat.

and I've seen them with less

you'd be amazed at how light they are with nothing inside, no doors, body panels, bumpers, or an engine... they weigh close to 3lbs like that
