You're right about that. Charlie's RX-7 recently ran a 10.8, Cory's Cobra has a lot of potential and James' Supra (wing, ccw's in the front) put down over 600whp on a smaller turbocharger. The t-type runs in the ten second range (from what I remember) and the wingless Supra...well...it needs some work....bad.SilverStreak;37036 wrote:Looks like some quick cars showed up.
Has the Supra with the wing been featured in a magazine before?tmarsh;37105 wrote:You're right about that. The saddest part... I had the fastest Honda there (no, I was not the only one!)
I'd tell you to join one of the local message boards, but my favorite recently restarted with an invite-only policy. Last I heard, there were over 100 people awaiting judgement on that. The other local board is 417racing.com and it's....kinda shitty. They're trying hard to clean it up, but the members on there are mostly the people that won't get into mwsns. Shoot, if you wanna see most of these cars, your best bet is to head over to Rodgersville on the weekends and see them run. It'll really open your eyes to the concentration of enthusiasts in the area.RideMyKlutch05;37239 wrote:Wow, those are some beautiful cars. Is this in Springfield, MO? ...Cuz I go to MSU right now, I'd love to catch one of these meets sometime.
