No more than maybe 15hp...everything else is up to mods. The Legend isn't the easiest car to tune.

Welcome to the site. Can you comment on the Kitty Kar's wheel fitment? My uncle has a similar Legend (type II engine, 6-spd coupe), and I was doing some research for him to see what other OEM wheels would fit. Anyway, I read that the center bore was HUGE on these legends... much larger than most Honda/Acura models. Did you have to enlarge the center holes on those Lexus wheels? BTW, I thought they were TL wheels when I first saw them.
