Exhaust Diameter
Since i am now "ballin" with my new job. i am ditching my megan racing axle section in favor for something a little nicer. my megan racing was 2.5 piping, and the new exhaust is 60.5 mm. the 2.5 inches translates into 63.5 mm, do you think i will have a problem bolting the flanges up together?(2.25 inches=57.15mm) TIA!!!!

As long as the center to center measurement on the bolt holes is the same, you're fine.

Fitment of the exhaust isn't about the piping, it's about the flange. As long as the exhaust is for a USDM Integra, you'll be fine.

the thing is that im bolting two aftermarket pieces together, so i guess itll be hit or miss. a little customizing never hurt anyone.

I don't mean to bump such an old thread, but isn't it a bad idea to go from a larger diameter exhaust to a smaller dia.? As in, creating a bottleneck. But I guess the difference is pretty minimal between the two. And it depends on your mods and how much exhaust gas you need to be flowing through the new piping size.
Again, it's probably already bolted up and everything, but I asked just for personal knowledge.

bottlenecks suck but are still better than just a completely small diameter system, at least on FI cars

True. My point was, without aiming this at bildo, it'd be a better decision to just get another 2.5" piping exhaust to mate with the 2.5" before the axle.
Oh well, the topic's over anyways.
