New from nearby..sort of

Hey all Im new from central illinois. Sofar STLhonda is the closest geographically to my location. I was referred here by some one that is on here but I wasn't able to get his username. He referred me from Clubcivic.
Hopefully There will be more Local people here. And i don't mind driving to STL for events, I have a few friends that live there. Lengthy Intro Aside..
Im Steve I have a 97 Ej6 coupe with a B16a2 (now) used to be a B16a but that motor was junk. I have a Honda Domani front end conversion. Which is basically the JDM version of the canadian car the Acura 1.6 EL. I don't have any recent pics but i took some last year right before it was in the shop. The only difference is when i get it back will be.. It will be washed waxed and have SI wheels on it Not the FNF looking 17 inch ones.

Thanks! Another reason i joined was the lack of availability of parts. in my area.. all the salvage yards have american cars nothing i can use.

I like the front end, I'd rock it if I had a coupe, but it would look funny to drive a hatch and not be able to do the rear conversion along with it.

I love the 1.6 EL, but all I'm rocking currently from one of those is the center console.

Id love to find a center consol i bought an EL climate control but havent put it in yet. I need to make or find an air splitter but airsplitter aside all the switches and plugs plug right in!
They do have alot of part outs on Clubel.ca Thats where i got my climate control from.

I had mine sent in from Manatoba. lol

All 1.6 EL from the DIN under the nain A/C console all the way to the leather arm rest.

That looks REALLY sweet!!! you should top it off with an EL Climate control! I wanted to get the little compartment under the dash also but i was worryed my Large Iced Teas woulnt fit in my cup holders!! lol

And the front end dosent look to bad on a hatch..
