Haha, not exactly easy to sell a $400,000 house in this economy in Bridgeton. We've already come down to $330,000, and still nothing solid. Not quite as easy as it seems. I'm still in highschool, so not exactly like I can just move out haha. But I am a senior, so we'll see once college rolls around. Switching apartments may be incredibly easy, but switching houses is nowhere near it.
