I have KYB AGX's on my track car. I have heard decent things about Tokico blues I think they are called. Pretty much an OEM replacement.
would tokico not be good since im lowering my car or do they go further before bottoming out.

The shock will "bottom out" when the spring allows it to reach the bumpstop. If you are using stock springs you will most likely never reach your bumpstop because the ride height wont allow it. I'm going to assume you are planning on using a drop spring since you stated you want to lower your car. With most drop springs it is recommended that you trim at least one centimeter, sometimes two off your bump stop to allow for more travel. Again, you will probably never reach your bump stop as the increased spring rate of the aftermarket spring and the increased damping of an aftermarket damper will never allow it. The bumpstop is there simply as a contingency in case there is a problem and you do in fact reach the end of your shock stroke. You shouldn't have to worry about that though.
