My brothers old 00 si use to runs 15-15.2 off h\i\e, some suspension, exedy clutch, on 17s with meaty tires. I got some videos on my computer still i could pop up.

my ls swapped 97 coupe ran low 15's with a b16 transmission. a gsr in an eg hatch should be very capable of mid 14's or better depending on how strong it runs. my brothers lsvtec eg hatch was running 14.5's with more left in it one night we were at gateway back when he had his black eg hatch
