Boosted Hatch mentioned this in the box and I'm bring it here.

Basically we all go to gateway, pay standard admission, and then pay a fee to participate in the shoot out. Don't know if it'll be winners takes all or 1st 2nd 3rd kind of thing. Also there could possibly be a dial-in class. this is just in the idea phase so add in ideas here please.

I think this is a really great idea. I'm up for helping collect all the info for everyone for the dial in times. I don't plan on racing so I can be a big help in this.

How about this.....

$5 to participate for the shootout
$5 to participate for dial in time
YOU CAN DO BOTH
1st 2nd and 3rd place of shootout get $
1st and 2nd for dial in time get $

Do a couple of runs to get used to the track and maybe around 7:30 start the shootout and dial in times.

I can take everyone's info for everything as far as dial in times go. I can also make some sort of bracket to see who would be a decent match up for who with the shootout times and go from there.

EXAMPLE

Name: Frank
D/T: 14.68

You go faster than that then you are out!

What about this? If you go faster than your dial in time you can buy back in for another $5?
