May I ask where you get your information from? We haven't heard anything like that at all and we are BMW club members.

I called Reid Vann to get my inspection scheduled and they said that. Also on motorsportreg.com you can see who all is signed up, it does says that there might be some drivers signed up that won't show up under who's attending, but the list so far is kind of low......

I'll have to run this one by the wifey as well. that would make an excellent Anniversary present for me.

I would suggest talking to Peter (president of the BMW Club, St. Louis Chapter) before spreading rumors like that. Also, it's tradition (at least in the group I know) that many don't sign up til closer to the deadline. Registration for this event has been open since June....people won't sign up until Fall when it starts crossing their minds that it's that time of year again.

I would go ahead w/getting your Tech inspections scheduled now. Peter posted numbers on the BMW boards on how many are registered so far, so it's not like it's a secret.

 I'm not really worried if it's a rumor or not, people still need to sign up and I'd like to know that this event is gonna happen since I've already paid, what happens if it doesn't? refund?

Just an fyi to everyone......I spoke w/the BMW club yesterday. They had a meeting this past Monday and the school is a go. What does this mean? THAT IT WILL NOT BE CANCELLED! They asked me to post up over here to ensure you all that the event is a go and not to worry.

A mass email was sent out by the President of the BMW club that generated a bunch of registrations and there's no need to worry about a cancellation.

Anyone that's a HACSTL member and is planning on registering for this event or has already done so, please speak to/PM Keith on our boards.

Thanks!
