I'd post his progressive numbers (timeslip) but that's not my call.
He's legit.

Thank ya good sir, yes the back hatch of the rex is pretty much gutted at the moment but other then that the front up is all there. I plan on having a new header on by this saturday and different rims and tires, also instead of running 40psi in all like I was cause I wanted to see what I could get doing it that way first I am going to lower the fronts to 25psi and keep the backs at 40psi and launch around 4k which cause for a pretty good hook hopefully and a better 60 foot which hopefully results in at least a 14.5/14.4. Also gonna finally give it hell so it will prolly run alot lower in the quarter...at least I hope. Instead of shifting at 7100rpms or 7300rpms I'm gonna shift at 7500rpms and then try some higher one's. Like I said daily driver at the moment can't afford to break it lol.99BlackHatch;50717 wrote:Congrats to Cory!

I'm scared to break it at the moment cause I don't have the money to really replace things on it, except the things I already replaced which are under warranty. Believe me you know how hard it was not to go balls out lol, that was a true test of myself and I was sweating so bad for a faster time and Libby was like just do it but if you break something I'm making fun of you lol.99BlackHatch;50725 wrote:Why not take it to 8,200? B16's don't hit peak power until 7,800 rpms... stock ones that is...

Now, if only we could make something of your car Jeff. :biggrin:modthesol;50730 wrote:yes coreys car ran a 14.7
