Great pick up!

why an axle back and not cat back?
you need to also add flashpro to that list of yours. it'll open that engine up

I dont really have a whole lot of money to dump into this car. a house purchase is in the near future. so axle back is mainly to freshen up the look of the exhaust. and since i work at honda it will be a little cheaper. and im gonna have to look into flashpro...wouldn't mind the extra power pickup if its worth it. would i need a tune as well?!Silver Knight;290392 wrote:why an axle back and not cat back?

i don't have a ton of money to dump into mine either at the moment. so i wait until i see something i like for a great deal and buy it. patience is definitely a virtue unless you have deep pockets lol. i got my buddy club pro spec III catback that was barely used close to nothinghonduhej1;290393 wrote:I dont really have a whole lot of money to dump into this car. a house purchase is in the near future. so axle back is mainly to freshen up the look of the exhaust. and since i work at honda it will be a little cheaper. and im gonna have to look into flashpro...wouldn't mind the extra power pickup if its worth it. would i need a tune as well?!
as for flashpro, it's the civics version of the rsx's kpro. has tuning capabilities and all that jazz. you can give it a street tune or take it somewhere to have it tuned. it's not priced too badly ($695) in terms of comparing it to kpro ($995). i'll let you check it out and see for yourself http://hondata.com/flashpro.html.
quick edit: i'm sure if you search around on some of the civic forums and k series forums, you could probably find flashpro a tad bit cheaper. the prices above is for brand new.
