my third CAR THIS YEAR!

Post by honduhej1 »

I promise I wont be buying a different car next month.

UPDATE: I traded in the si, for a 2000 Civic VP Sedan in Iced Teal Pearl. The reason I traded it in so quickly is the dealer gave me more than what i paid for it a month prior, and purchasing a house is a little more important than a quick car, and cutting down the debt I owe is a major reason. Its automatic, slow, but i eventually want to put a K series motor in it. So far i have put Function and Form Type 1's, and the 99 00 civic si front grill paint matched. I also have a set of 16x7 GT3's that im going to have powdercoated a white cream color.

Here is some pics as it sits.

I am searching for a 99 00 si oem front lip. But they are hard to come by gently used, and I dont really want to buy new or a cheapo ebay lip.

Ride height looks about perfect to me. Looks very useable with minimal gap. Been looking at the Sportlines for the Focus.

Sounds like you saved quite a bit of coin too so nice pick-up!

yep it was worth the plane ticket. and i've always wanted to try sportlines. i've had neuspeed/h&r/tein on other cars. the ride quality is a little stiffer than stock, but very smooth. the rear needs to settle just a tad more. but the front is ideal. recommend for a daily for sure.
