93 Civic CX HB

Post by 92_luder »

well wrecked my teg sedan a month or so back and in the process of looking for a shell i found this 93 Honda Civic CX hatch. Paid $600 and a sedan rear bumper trade for it. Has typical rear fender rust and a couple spot on the tailgate but all-in-all a solid car.

as of now im just cleaning the car's engine bay and all because the b20vtec and ls trans from the sedan should be gettin swapped this weekend. i also wanna get ahold of an eg(lx or ex) cluster because the cx of course is missing the tach from the cluster

later on (probably) spring i wanna order my replacement rear quarters and my dad and I are gonna tack em in and hopefully get at least a coat or primer on the car..

ill post pics up after the swap

"WE GOT NO ENGINES, DO WE!?"

Lotta potential there man. Not bad at all for the price.

...its amazing how much rust can accumulate just from a car sitting. trashed both front spindles cuz the hub bearings, hubs, and backin plates were just in horrible shape.....heading to the junkyard tomorrow morning.
