this was the first day i got her. not the best lookin engine ever, but i gave her some tlc and dleaned her up.
she only wanted to show part of her butt lol
this was after the tlc and pampering. that JDM DOHC ZC was runnin like a top for a while after a valve adjustment, oil change and a little paint.
i did the blacked out tails and corners for a while because they looked kinda like poop.
WHAT HAPPENED?!?!
just my luck! my wife was 7 or 8 months pregnant and rings went out in cylinder 4 and had a HUGE blow by problem. sot then it was time to pull the ZC and upgrade.
the guy i had helping me had all the pictures of the engine bay cleanup, prime and re-paint and never gave them to me. so heres the only one i have in the "during" process.
and here's some odds and ends for a little upgrade.
and i ended up tuckin all the lights and other bits up front.
and this is gettin ready for the motor to come in.

took the wire harness and took it apart and cleaned it up and re wraped it.
finally installed the CF spark plug cover
and the engine is in! just gotta button some things up and lock it in all the way.
and here was my parting gift from Virginia, hurricane damage.
couldnt figure out for the life of me why my brake lights wouldnt go off. and it turns out it was this tiny little piece of shit!
thats all i got for now, but will be updating soon. getting several new parts and got new carpet. so if interested stay tuned.
