need help with door panel and window regulator replacement

Im starting to take off the door panel on my 94 accord EX, but i cant find any instructions on how to do it. I tried honda-tech, but no luck. any recomendations?

take out the 2 screws. you also gotta pry the window switch panel out and unplug it (i think it slid forward). then you need to unhook the small rod from the door handle. then pry the panel off the door, i started at the bottom. then unplug the light in the door. its really simple, just be kinda gentle with it.
thats for the door panel, im not too sure about the window motor, i havent fixed mine yet

To take off the panel, do you pull it towards you or pull it upwards?

got it done today-thanks! To get the actuator, its a pain in the ass! I just lubed up the window tracks so that should help a bit. THat plastic covering is kind of anoying-had to tape it back in place.
