sorry, I have been holding that back since I saw the hood and had to say something.

Not my style but good luck with the build.

I see where this is going now . . .
“Empty your mind, be formless, shapeless - like water. Now you put water into a cup, it becomes the cup, you put water into a bottle, it becomes the bottle, you put it in a teapot, it becomes the teapot. Now water can flow or it can crash. Be water, my friend.” - Bruce Lee

"In the spring you will bloom like your heart through the glass in the back of the ambulance. You turn and you turn and you turn down the street, one more turn, won't you come back to me? And as it turns, the red lights, they were turning into red roses, red roses. Red roses. I'm not giving up." - Steps Ascending by Thursday

nah, not going anywhere, sorry had to get it off my chest. Overall it will be an interesting build to follow. What do you have planned as far as the motor goes? Retune? It seemed like it was running well when we hit 94, I don't know much about subbies but hear that Cobb is one of the best companies as far as your tuning goes. You could probably see a good power increase too.

I don't understand the reason behind any of the modifications on this car.

The car is coming along, but you need a front lip or to adjust your charge pipes. Sure someone who doesn't know very much about cars might "think" that it looks cool with the charge pipes poking out like that, but anyone with a little knowledge on the subject will know that it is just poorly fitted charge pipes.

The car looks like it could use a good buff also, or god forbid you wash it before you take pics of it sitting out to graze. Esp with your shinny new hood, it just makes the rest of the car look more dull. And WRB is usually an awesome looking color.

Lol @ your guy's arms flapping. :lol2:

After I get the lips I am done for awhile besides minor cosmetic stuff. I acknowledge the paint & body sucking slightly, the previous owner must have left it in a wal-mart parking lot for a few days. I will be repainting it myself next summer once I have a backup car to drive in the down time.

As for the motor mods I will not do much more than I have since its my DD. I might do a cobb tuner but that's about it.
