Anyone like trucks?

A lot has happened since I mounted the bumper.

Flooded my cabin, again lol. Made it in and out in 2wd!

Onto the good stuff.

Got a set of Rigid Industries LED light bars

two 6in SR Specters
two 6in SR Floods

All lights on!

Also picked up an ARB fridge/freezer for the trails. Powering it will be two solar panels on my rack, ran to a constant portable battery.

Nice! I have been thinking of an LED light bar, could you flip the cam around and take a few pics of the light coverage?

I'll try to get some pics. All I can say is in pitch black night, its like daylight.

Heres some pics on their website, gallery > night shots.

Um, I'm late to the party. But the truck looks badass and then some. It's only 2WD??

And I'm a huge fan of the solar-powered fridge. That would be invaluable on camping/day trips. Hell yea.

I never thought of running solar on top a truck, thats a good idea. I would be interested to see your mounting once all is said and done.

Yea, I've seen people run it at their campgrounds. But I've never seen a permanent setup for a truck. It's a neat idea.

Thanks! Its 4wd, but my actuator motor has been getting stuck a lot lately, so I was in 2wd the whole time at that park.

The middle section of my rack holds those panels pretty well. I'm using thin ratchet straps to hold it down. I was thinking of getting a frame that held them down, but this way is a whole lot cheaper.

This shot scares me. You need a snorkel! Airflow America is coming out with one in a few months. You should snatch that up.

Yea I've been talking to ARB and Safari snorkel about getting one made. Only problem is that they can't get ahold of a 5th gen cause its Australia and there they have the toyota prado instead.
