My 1994 Accord EX

Post by luthoro »

Okay, I guess its about time I made a thread for it.

These pictures are as I bought it. Purchased from Lou Fusz Nissan off of Lindbergh on August 3rd 2011 for exactly $1640. It was a trade-in. What was done by the PO:
- Ractive header + OBX full exhaust
- SRI
- stage 1 clutch and lightweight flywheel of unknown brand
- 2" drop on springs/struts of unknown brand
- Pioneer Premier deck + Power Acoustic and Infinity speakers + Rockford P1 10" + Dual 300w amp (the amp will be upgraded)

Car had 165k at time of purchase, with 35k on a rebuilt F22B1. Came fully loaded with all power options and full leather, but at some point somebody swapped the front seats for gray cloth. Car was "totalled" in an accident and rebuilt several years ago. It does need a few small things- there are a couple interior pieces missing, and there are two small spots of rust bubbles on the driver side near the rear but they aren't really something you notice unless you're specifically looking for them. The only things I've done so far is new front brakes and new front tires, but I have many more plans for this car when the money starts coming in again.

BTW, Sailun Atrezzo sold at Dobbs are great tires for the price. They ride like Michelins but grip as well if not better then the Kumho Ecsta ASXs that were on there before.

I intend to replace the shaded tails with stock ones, but mainly because my safety guy said he can't pass it with the darkened ones. Amber bumper lights are also on my list of things to grab next junkyard run. I like the wheels, unfortunately I will have to get a different set eventually because three of em are curb rashed.

I plan on putting those on the back too, when the other pair of Kumhos gets too worn down...whats the alternative? and why do you stop carrying them?

Thats sucks I love these tires for the price/performance ratio.

I lost the shaded eBay lights in favor of stock tails a few days ago.

Pics or it didn't happen.

My phone is an old POS. I'll see if I can borrow a camera at some point soon.
