New DD, replacing the Versa

Well I placed my order at work today for my new audio system. I get amazing prices on Kicker accommodations at work, so I decided to try out their high end stuff.

Front Components will be Kicker QS65.2s
I will be Bi-Amping them with a Kicker IX 500.4
Also got a Kicker Sum8 signal processor, since Im keeping my stock radio.
Also bought 3 sets of IX RCAs,
More dynamat so I can do my transmission tunnel.

Ill be keeping my Current 12inch Alpine Type R sub and box, and my Alpine MRP-1000.

Should be a fun couple days when it shows up. I want to completely strip the interior, and start from scratch. Since this setup will be in there for a long time, I want it perfect.

Module wasnt mailed until yesterday. So probably monday ill be doing the turbo swap.

Audio stuff all showed up. Got it all basically installed yesterday, need to make a amp rack for the Processor and the crossovers, but for now, it all works.

I didnt take pics of the processor or the new amp. Also stripped the car down all the way to pulling out the carpet, and layed down some on the bare spots on the floor, and some around my transmission. Ill take pics of the setup once I get the Rack built and everything buttoned up. But Im busy all today, work all weekend, and Monday ill probably be doing the turbo, so it maybe a week before I finish it. lol

The fun stuff has begun. Swapped the injectors yesterday, and started removing everything from the turbo so it can be pulled. I need to pull the belt off the Power steering pump, so it can be loosened up and moved over about 1 inch to get to the last bolt.

Im hoping to have it back on the road today, no big rush, but I do have dyno time at the end of the week, so it needs to 100% by then.

Evo X injectors are the long ones.

those kickers are fricken expensive... let us know how they sound...

They sound amazing for what I paid. lol Comparing them to other $5-600 speakers, Id probably go with something else, but they sound great.

Car is up and running on the new turbo. Pulls its ass off in the first couple gears, but when I hit 4th, I get a weird chirping sound, and fluttering boost while at (current) full boost.

If this is not a tuning issue, and a part needs replaced, like the BOV, I need to get it done ASAP so I can get on the dyno.

It's doing 23lbs in the first 3 gears. In the video it's messing up at 20. It can do 25.
