New DD, replacing the Versa
Revs way better, Rev hang is basically gone, doesnt slip(lol), peddle pressure is a hair heavier than Id like, but at the same time I think its getting a little softer than it was at first, and I dont notice it all when im driving. But one thing im glad for, it has a pretty long engagement. It actually takes a couple inchs, little quicker than stock, but not 1/4 of a inch like some clutches ive had before.

Whoa, hadn't checked in for a while.
Lookin' damn good. Making me wish I had looked around more at used Genesis.
More info on the turbo setup please...

Im not a turbo guru at all, and im just coping what ive seen work, and will get me to my goal Hp range, with the least amount of lag.
Ill be doing this turbo, but ill be adding on the extrude hone, which supposedly adds 15-20% more flow over whats listed. Genesis guys are easily doing 325whp plus, and running mid 12s on the setup im coping. lol

Edit: what I forgot to add, there's a company that's paying a pretty penny for our stock turbos so they can rebuild them bigger and resell them. They are offering up to like $500 for a core, so once I order a new one I'll send them mine and get half my money back so the turbo ends up less than the front mount I just bought lol

Just got an email back from the company that rebuilds, our stock turbos and takes them from a 13T to a 19T.
They said that with the mods ive done, and if I run the 25 peak boost map, tapering to 20psi at redline, Their genesis customers on similar mods, with that turbo setup im planning, have been pulling 325whp and 350tq. So I think im going to go that direction. They are in California at sea level, and all dynos are different, but they got my goal HP, but with 50 more tq. Sounds like a winner. lol

Ordered more stuff today.
What I decided to do was, instead of using my CMD programmer for 100% of tuning, I ordered a reflashed ECU for the turbo setup im going to be running. That should get me pretty damn close to perfect. From there I will continue to use the CMD I have now, for fine tuning. So basically my tune will be like 98% Reflashed ECU, and 2% CMD. The CMD works as a boost controller, and I can change fuel trims, so it will be nice to have that adjust-ability over just a normal reflashed ECU.
Should be fun. Only thing left now is to actually order the Turbo. But I only have 30 days to mail back my stock one for my $400 core charge, so Im going to wait until either work dies down a little so I have more time off, or when I can ride the bike to work for a couple days, incase I cant get the swap finished during my 2 days off for some reason.

I guess ill update this, I just edited the last post, I had ordered injectors, but they were sold out, so I got my money back. As soon as that happened though, the guy ive been emailing about turbo info, made me an offer. Normally, there is a $400 core charge, he charged me a little more for the turbo, but I have no core charge, so I can keep my old one in case I ever decide to go back to stock to sell the car.
He sent me pics of the turbo I ordered today. Stock slanted H on the side and all. Nothing to see here, just a stock turbo
lol Its now a 19T, and I paid extra to have it extrude honed, and upgraded 1 bar actuator.
Caution, Tiny Turbo Pics to follow:

Also, this guy showed up a couple days ago. Now I need to send it off to get reflashed for the new turbo. This allows me to reflash my ECU, so I only have to use my CMD for fine tuning.
