Really? The wings that make up the Bentley logo are flat across and it doesn't have an oval. Corvette logos have the flags angled upward and has a circle around it like yours does. Here.

The emblems may be more similar, but the general public knows what a corvette is, and they see this thing, and it confuses them, so they go to plan B. lol

Well, the clutch has been slipping its ass off as soon as the temps dropped under 70*, so I havent been doing much to the car while I saved up to get a new clutch and flywheel.

Ordered this today, along with some Red line transmission fluid:
http://www.customcarscentral.com/scc509 ... coupe.html

Supposed to hold about 500hp. My current plan puts me in the 325whp/300wtq range, and people have been running mid 12s on that setup, so this clutch should work fine. People on the Genesis boards love it. It also gets rid of my 50lb dual mass flywheel, so thats a huge plus as well.

Also, if you remember my other thread, ive been thinking about painting my rims. I wanted something different, and was thinking black with a red lip, and I was getting mixed reviews, so said screw it, until about 3 hours ago. Saw this at Oreillys and thought it might work out ok. But I didnt want it to be dark, so I only did 2 light coats, and then a full can of clear. I only bought 1 kit, which is like $15, and has one can of black shadow, and one can of clear. I only used about 1/2 of the black shadow total, but went ahead and used all the clear coat. My rims are pretty beat up, so I wasnt really worried how they would turn out since they will probably be turning into my winter rim/tire setup soon anyway.

I tried to get a couple different light angles, because they do change a little bit.

Even in the first pic, its done drying.

Damn, guess I didnt post up the other shit I did as well.

Been piecing together a Temporary stereo system for it as well.
I had a 4 channel amp laying around, picked up a 1000rms Alpine amp off a buddy, My mom was selling her car, so I took the Alpine Type R components out of it. Dynamatted the doors, and rear panels, covered the rear deck as well. Built a quick custom box, and put in a 8inch Sundown sub.

Components are in the stock location, so they arent anything to look at.

Thats an 8??!!!! lol

Amps mounted to the deck. Bracing on top, but I didnt take a pic before it all went together.

I actually saw at set that kinda looked like CCW Classics, but the center was white, with a polished lip, and the lip was probably a 1inch up front, and a 3 in the back, they looked sick, but they were snagged up quick, and I didnt have 2 grand to drop down on them. I need to find the brand name, so I can save up for them. lol

Got all this stuff installed on Monday. Competition Clutch Stage 3, segmented Kevlar, pressure plate, and Single Mass Flywheel. Its not really a light flywheel, like you guys might think, its not a 7lb or anything like that. But stock, the whole setup is 58lbs, and this setup is right around 30lbs.

Just realized somebody drew a smiley face on the box. lol

And since im selling the Sundown 8, I built a new box for a 12inch Type R, had to angle the box to get the magnet to fit under the brace in the trunk. Fun times.
