Oh my goodness you don't even know man. Different tires on all 4 corners...it makes me sick. So yes tires will be the first thing changed.
No this is not the one that needed an engine, it runs very very well and needs zero work done to make it driveable. It needs some body work, which will be revealed in later pictures. Nothing major though, fender can hopefully be straightened out and small crack in front bumper.
Someone got pissed at the previous owner and put about 10 small cuts in each seat. Not terrible cuts, but still enough to notice. Wheels also need some attention. I don't want to but I will probably paint them black because they are in such rough shape.
I have put about 500 miles on it since I picked up Saturday because I have to force myself to park it. I cannot get over how quick this thing is even in a straight line. With these tires I've got no confidence on all these back roads out here as the car gets all loosey goosey way too easy. I'm going by my old work tomorrow to see what we can do for some tires. Since this is strictly my fun cruising car it'll be getting something strictly performance based. Yokohama is my tire of choice seeing as how I've had them on all my cars and the trz's have proved better than any tire I've ever tried so I'll be going with the ADVAN Neova AD08.
But yeah I love the car. I've driven some cool cars in the past and this thing is hands down the most fun thing I've ever driven. I can't wait to fix it up and make it look and handle how an s2000 should. It will most likely stay stock, and if it gets any mods it'll be a while.
More pictures to come...maybe tomorrow I can snap some between jobs. I'm working 7 days a week right now but have about 2-3 hours between my 2 jobs tomorrow.
