My 2000 EBP Civic SI

Post by J.M.P »

I haven't really done anything else performance or suspension wise since my last update. I did buy new wheels and tires. I don't know if I quite like them or not, but they will do for now. They are just some Drag DR44 with some Dunlop Direzza 205/50 tires. I have the rear pretty much where I want it, the front I think I am going to raise just a hair but not much. I also am more than likely picking up some RPF1's in a couple weeks as well.

Next I am having a CAI made, also going to have some other custom work done under the hood for looks wise, some kind of exhaust. Possibly some other suspension mods as well.

Here are some new pics: My photography skills are not that good so bear with it.

Yikes. The only way to pull off a wheel like that is to be dumped and run a lower offset giving it some lip. I don't want to come off as a hater, I love the car, but the combo of the wheels/sizing/ride height is just off. Looked a ton better lower on the black wheels, and (imo) even better with the first set and stance. Again, don't take it the wrong way, I've loved your cars in the past, but this one seems to be going backwards.

^^^ Not taking anything the wrong way. I am already on the hunt for new wheels. These were nothing like I thought they would be. I am just going to get what I want, and not something to get me by like these were intended to do.
