So I came across a pretty good buy yesterday and Im going after work to pick it up. Its a '90 crx si and overall its in good shape. Interior is amazingly good shape. I give it a 9.9/10 but the exterior has rust pretty bad on the driver door and both rear quarters. The paint is faded badly, BUT it still has oem floor mats, oem splash guards and oem fog lights :) Runs perfect too!

Alittle history about it. An old lady bought it brand new and had every service at Meyer Honda. The guy (mid 40's) Im buying it from bought it off her in 2002 and has kept every service record of the car since 1990. Even though theres rust the car it has been babied all its life. Never driven hard and never been in a wreck. Every panel is the original. Its the original motor too! The guy not only has every record but He even has pictures of the car when it was brand new the day the lady brought it home.

Here are the only pictures I have for now. Ill get better ones this weekend.

BTW I don't know why it has 88-89 si wheels but if anyone has 90-91 si wheels, I will trade these and other sets of wheels for some

I just picked it up. So excited. I have every service record, a copy of the original window sticker and even the brochure with the factory accessories brochure! It even still has the original am/fm radio!

Here it is loaded up, starting its new journey home with me.

Here's a pic of the inside. it's perfect. Nothing is broken or missing. The floor mats are very sun faded but I have another pair in near perfect condition in my vault of crx goodies.

I was so excited it had fog lights. It used to have the oem window visors and sunroof visor and I asked the guy I bought it from what happened to them and he said they were very brittle and cracking so he removed them and tossed them.

My plans for this car is to do a ground up restore. I'm going all out, bringing it back to its full glory and make it 100% perfect.

What will be even more amazing is when I start tearing this down and re-building it :)



I forgot to mention that I found a brand new OEM front bra in the trunk :)

what the hell man lol everything i been looking for and u get it in one car lol. its going to look as good as your other red one you have. are you going to keep it all oem?

Everything on this car will be oem. I located some 90-91 si wheels with center caps but I will re-finish them and make them look brand new. When I get done with this car it will look better than my other red one. I will get a pic tonight of the bra. I was going to put my oem arm rest in last night but decided to wait since I will be tearing this thing down soon. Right now Im just enjoying driving this thing around
