New job, new ride (2 wheels..)

Post by tbrazzy-s3 »

Well after talking about it for years, I finally put the cash where my running mouth was and bought a two wheeled addiction.

1999 Speed Triple
955cc (Same engine as the Daytona)

Modifications:

3-to-1 Triumph Racing Muffler.
K&N Performance Filter
Tune performed by Donelson Cycles

Looks good. I want a bike, but I know I'd never ride it with the way people drive around here, it's just not worth the risk to me.

:yellowrider: <----- seemed appropriate, lol

So jealous. The car and bike still look sick.

Not sure if there was any sarcasim there? But yea. Seatings oh so upright and the 3 cylinder provides a ton of torque. It's a good time.

@all

yea rob you kinda helped both happen.. Now just buuuuy a bike please.

Chrono. Idiot drivers are solved like this. Downshift. Turn right wrist. Gooodbye :)

delslo lol. Took me way too long. Definitely would have taken that cbr off your hands.

And on the subject of naked bikes man. I loove them. I priced ducati monsters for years before this bike fell in my hands. Look up the ktm superduke. Another great naked.

The Guy I sold it to doesn't ride it but can't find a buyer... I'm thinking about picking it back up.

Oh, that's not what I'm worried about with idiot drivers the most. I'm worried about the ones that don't pay attention and pull out in front of riders and stuff like that. On the highway, the bike I want would scar the piss out of someone who tried to come over into my lane when I downshifted and revved it :thumbup:
