Wax! Its a good thing!

Post by Rich »

Well the car hadnt been buffed since I bought it so decided to buff it this weekend. Didnt use anything special and I shouldve started out with a far more aggressive compound but it looks 100% better.

So heres some before and after. I also realize the pics arent that good or the best angles. So deal with it

Ive by far done better jobs. But for a quick job (only about 7 hours) this turned out pretty decent.

Next time around will use some 3m finesse it II compound along with a better buffer/pads.

Understeer is when you hit the wall with the front of the car and oversteer is when you hit the wall with the rear of the car.
Horsepower is how fast you hit the wall, torque is how far you take the wall with you.
Hope this helps

Just an orbital for now. Just a 6 inch 4500 rpm one.

Meguires professional line swirl remover
3m Machine glaze perfect it III
Meguires deep crystal carnuba wax
3m Professional show car liquid wax

Havent even touch the inside of the engine bay yet. And honestly I want to pull the wheels and clean them even though they only have about 6000 miles on them.

Thanks for the compliment
