Clean hatch - and a rare color.
crx seats will not bolt in. you'd have to do a pan swap. Only 90-91 hatch seats are 100% plug and play. I think 90-91 sedan seats will bolt in, but you have to do something with the seat belt. Details should be in the ef section's FAQ over at honda-tech.
Lots of ef's on the site these days, we should organize a meet!

jpciii - thanks for the info on the seats. Well, I guess that's outta the question. We're heading to the junkyard to look for some hatch supports.

all you have to do to get them to bolt in is: mock it up and drill and tap one hole in the floor. or drill a hole in the floor and run a longer bolt and put a nut on the other side. its no big deal.Edison Carasio;238579 wrote:jpciii - thanks for the info on the seats. Pretty sure the floor is reinforced where the seats bolt down. I wouldn't trust a hole with a bolt/nut in case of an accident lol. Do it the right way and swap seat pans from the old seats.

She doesn't seem to worried about it, but I am. lol I hate the Civic DX seats. No side support and with stock suspension makes me slid all over when I ride in it.

What's sad is that they are way better than the seats that were in her Vue. That thing is a POS. Feels wobbly like it's drunk and gonna roll over and the seats have ZERO bolstering. The are like this except tan leather and no arms.

I bought some Si front seats for my 91 Std hatch and still have the old gray vinyl ones. They are shaped like Si seats with good bolsters - only they are vinyl and ripped. I like the way they feel, though. If you're interested, I'd sell them cheap.
