I have seen certain people going as far to use slip on wheel spacers, and a stack of washers on each stud just to get that "herra frush" look. pretty smart eh? Thats the exact reason i dont care for this fad. Who knows what some retarded kids are seeing other people doing and trying to copy on the cheap?
Wheel spacers that aren't secured to the hub by bolts are called slip-on wheel spacers. Wheel spacers that are secured to the hub by bolts are called bolt-on wheel spacers. Doesn't matter if they're hubcentic or not.

When you use a 5mm slip-on wheel spacer, you're still going to leave part of the hub exposed to the wheel. So it's still hubcentic. Even if you're using a spacer that's not hubcentric, it'll center it's self when you tighten down the lugs. But, that's only if you're using the appropriate lug nuts. Ball seat lugs for stock wheels, cone seat lugs for aftermarket wheels.

I'm not a fan of the washers either. I don't think you can get the same thickness on all 4 or 5 studs without machine work. But based on your post, I can tell you're still very new to modding cars. There's always going to be a cheap imitation of every product out there. If you're not a fan of flush wheel fitment because of one person that uses washers to space their wheels out, you should just stop modding your car. You're going to hate your car after seeing what others do to there's.

Who cares? The wheels definitely were not perfectly good. And he taped everything off. From what I've seen he had no over spray. You wouldn't even know he painted them like that if he hadn't posted about it.

No sir. copying things on the cheap is what gives the honda community a bad name. Theres a difference between wheel fitment and wheel hacking.

And Im far from upset, but when my life is at risk i think i should say something.I had no idea about the spacers and washers till AFTER i rode in the car. Next time you see me face to face take a good look at the huge scar that goes all the way across my right eye. That was not my fault and i would hate for someone else to be in the passenger seat of a friends car when things go wrong. Be it driver error or mechanical failure,a life could be lost because of something stupid.

and yes. im the guy that carefully stripped off the chipping shitty paint off my wheels at the car wash. I took them off to paint them. Also, its not like i was spraying aircraft stripper willy nilly all over the place. And like i said before,i was already taking them off to paint them but i dont have a hose where i live. So i had to go to the car wash to strip them.and then drive them here to take them off and paint them one at a time. I know that sounds like a shitty thing to do,and it is but i have very limited resources and i was very careful.

driving a modified honda gives the honda community a bad name, you drive a honda, you will be ripped on made fun of etc, no matter what you have done to your car.

both you and matts cars are very clean none the less. spacers or not the fitment is very nice on the four door matt.
