i say go tein still, if you go H&R race springs your camber will be pretty bad, not that it wont be once you lower it but H&R's give it quiet a bit of camber lol, tein does just slight like -5 maybe im not positive though. ive always liked tein so thats my advice

H&R sports droped my car WAY too low for my liking, I had problems getting in and out of my driveway much less any other minor bump in the road.
Speed bumps would be IMPOSSIBLE without dragging on them. Ride was so low they would bottom out on the stops alot when you hit bumps in the road.
Switched to Eibach sportlines and non adjustables... much better imo. Brought back up the ride height a little, did not bottom out on the stops unless your gonna try to ramp a curb at speed or something (never tried). Ride is no bouncey, little soft honestly for me but changing to adjustable to help that, handles great, needs alignment with them for sure, etc... pics are in the accord / tl thread. I have a pic with the h&r's too if you want.
Depending on the wheel tire combination you could easily daily drive on this setup and have alot less clearance issues, although if your on a smaller width short 50 series tire on a factory 15... its still pretty low. On 17's you can pretty much not worry about much.

Im just running stock EX wheels on stock 195/60 tires. Im not looking to put money into wheels for this thing, I just wanted something that handled a bit better and looked good.
Your all right-the H&R's dropped my car too low for my liking, so hence the reason im switching to the Ground Control coilovers with my KYB AGX struts.

ALIVE!
Hondachild and I put Ground Control Coilovers on the Accord on saturday. Everything turned out PERFECT!!! Whoever said that Ground controls ride like shit is on crack! The combo with the KYB AGX rides perfect! I have a 2 finger gap all around now, which is a perfect drop for my liking. The ride is not too bouncy, not too stiff (Front AGX setting on 3, rear on 4), handles WAY better than the H&R's, The H&R's were too soft for good handling.
Picks to follow soon!

Nice combo, I've been pleased with every GC combo I have rode in, I believe I will be using them with the KYB's in my car..RSXSLVR79;146032 wrote:ALIVE!

Oh as an update to this thread since I thought I would add my latest thoughts. I am done messing with springs and struts, for my application I cant get what I want to work well it seems. So full coilovers are being ordered. I made some progress with this setup but I think with the properly setup on a custom spring rate coilover setup I will have it more than in the bag.
