the site might be good, but the gl is about how aftermarket eg lips dont fit on del sols without fab work. even oem lips may give you trouble.

i had a 99-00 civic type r replica on my del sol. i had 4 screws holding it onto the bumber. when i was racing someone the combo of vibration, speed and wind got in between the lip and bumper which then ripped the lip off. ive had my oem eg lip on for a while now. it fits tighter (almost to tight), and i hope to keep it that way.

Yeah, I did my research on fitment so hopefully I can make this work. I do work in a body shop so I have some advantage ;)

Looks like you are off to a good start. However, I do not think that the head "being shaved too far" is to blame for the leakage. If that is your only reason for ordering a head from Endyne, you may want to hold off. Honestly, I'd put some cams in before doing another head. I'd also port a stock head before spending money on a different one. For the money you'd probably have in the Endyne, you could probably buy a set of Skunk2 Stage 2 cams and get your head ported. Just curious what HG you are using? Were the front oil drains sealed with a light coat of Hondabond before the head was installed? If not, almost all B series will seep at the front corners.

Looking forward to seeing more pics. Looking good so far!

Well, apparently the head was bad off, warped and then shaved way too much. I'd rather get a good head than deal with this one. It's not leaking at the corners it's leaking on the passenger side, and this isn't just a small leak. Also, I already have Skunk2 cams. And then...I got a phone call on a stock b16 head that was p&p'd by Endyn w/ valves, retainers, and springs and if all checks out as it should, I'm getting a helluva deal on it. I'll see it Sunday. But personally, money isn't an issue on my build, I just want the car built right and not half assed. And I have a pet peeve about oil leaks, I don't like spots on my driveway lol

Just make sure it's REALLY an Endyne head. Theirs all have Endyne machined into the front face as I'm sure you already know. If your head bothers you, PM me once it's off and I'd be more than happy to buy it from you. Like I said, I really doubt your head is your leak problem, though. Probably one of the rocker shaft plugs leaking (behind distributor), dizzy seal, etc. IF the head was surfaced, that means it should have sealed. You would experience detonation issues before you'd experience leak issues if it was correctly installed. If you'd like to PM me, feel free. I'd rather not see anyone get taken for a ride just to get hosed out of parts they have that are actually good. There IS a history of that down in that area.....

I am interested in seeing whatsup after I get the head off the motor, I'll post up pics. I'll have the paperwork for the Endyne head, it's actually a stock head that Endyn did a full pnp/valve job etc. so it's going to be an upgrade from what is on there atm. It's def not the dizzy seal or cam seal, I've already pulled the dizzy off and checked. It's clearly coming from the headgasket and almost all the way around. I flushed the cooling system a while back and found some stop leak remnant in there. Wasn't pretty. I'll shoot you a pm sometime this weekend and get some pics up after I pull the motor tomorrow.

Cherry pickers... more of a hassle than what's needed. :)

Glad to se the build is moving along Jen. By the way, make sure you keep track of that "bitch pin" for that shift linkage.
