The problem is that your pictures are a menagerie of the most common "DO NOT's" found in any FAQ about how to take aesthetically pleasing pictures of cars. I'm sorry, but when you use the term "photoshoot" in a thread title, most of us faggot weirdos that like cars and photography assume a nice and fairly polished product is going to be the result. That probably sounds stupid to you, and maybe I'm just as snobby as Mr. Poops, but the lack of sharpness and "incorrect" use of shallow depth of field almost give me a headache (on top of having to tilt my head to even understand what I'm looking at).
Falling back on the equipment excuse, and claiming that you don't give a shit about trying to take good pictures is all pretty pathetic, as well. If you really didn't care, you wouldn't have taken those pictures they way you did, and I've seen pictures taken with "crappy point n' shoots" that would make some people give up and pawn their $5k Canon setups.
Is it all subjective? Sure, in the grand scheme of things. I can promise you, though, try throwing those pictures in front of any community staffed with professionals. You'd have PAGES of meanie-head comments that your e-knight pals couldn't hope to fend off. Posting anything online is an open invitation for criticism (constructive, or fuck-your-mother's-gaping-asshole-ish), and calling it a photoshoot is just chumming the waters.
Potts...next time put your phone down and just watch the goddamn movie.
