Help with next possibly mod to my car please.

well, the problem is that i know to much that i want to get done to my car. all the possibilities are overwelming, afterall it is a honda. any next mod will be enjoyable but i just dont know which to go with. its just a time process to get the mods i want, then again, which one comes first? im just tryin to figure it out.

well then the prolem is that you dont have a plan or direction for you car. youre just doing things just to do it. i suggest before you spend another $1, figure out where you wanna go with the car. then youll know what to do next. You wont have to rely on other to tell you.

I bought most of my kit together and it was all used, but everything said and done I only have $1,700 into mine and runs amazing for what it is on 8psi.

Thats your best bet with the most performance on a b16. You'll spend more money on ITB's and trying to get them tuned and make no power than you will piecing together your own turbo kit making 250-275ish whp on 8 to 10psi.

Also search around like i did, a lot of ppl sell there basically full pieced together kit for $1500 or so bucks.

man i guess i lucked out then. im all for boosting, but i spend alot more than that.

I'd stay away from itbs on a car you drive a lot on the streets.

oh yeah same here man, im all for boosting as well, esp out of b-series engines..

but yeah I got pretty lucky on the find, but kinda sucked b/c few months later another one of my buddies was selling even a better kit for $1200..oh well.

I know what it's like... I bought a $1,200 turbo setup and then went ahead and spent and additional $1,200 on top of all of that to improve the setup.

Would I do it again... YUP! But I'd piece together my setup with quality parts right off the bat and have custom fabb'd intercooler pipes done as well instead of doing what most people do and buy shit setups off EBAY.
